HaloGurlah is an identity and confidence framework built for middle school girls.
It gives girls the language, tools, and self-awareness to know who they are before the world tries to define them.
The framework is built around three pillars:
Identity. Girls clarify their values, name their strengths, and begin to see themselves from the inside out — not through the lens of peers, trends, or outside pressure.
Confidence. Girls build self-trust and decision authority. They learn to hold their perspective in group settings, recognize self-doubt, and act anyway.
Community. Girls identify the positive authority figures already in their lives and learn to tell the difference between relationships that build them up and ones that pull them off course.
How HaloGurlah works with your organization:
HaloGurlah integrates into existing programming through a structured Bookend approach. We open with a framework session to establish shared language, your staff leads the implementation, and we close with a reflection and integration session. This model supports your team's capacity and keeps the work rooted in your community.
For organizations ready to go deeper, HaloGurlah offers a Train-the-Trainer pathway so your staff can carry the framework forward independently.
Delivery options include workshops, school assemblies, retreats, and licensed facilitation for internal use.
HaloGurlah is for organizations that believe identity work is the foundation — not an add-on.
